Richard Divizio is an American actor best known for his work in the Mortal Kombat video game series, games 1,2,3,and 4. In 1997, he portrayed Quan Chi in both the game and cinematic sequences in the platform title Mortal Kombat Mythologies including an exclusive TV commercial for MTV. Divizio can also be seen as a Chechen Villian in the 2008 film “The Dark Knight ” . Divizio’s film debut began as a principal Foot Clan Soldier in The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II, ( The Secret of the Ooze )
